Kuwait Oil Tanker Company S.A.K (KOTC), a subsidiary of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, is a state-owned entity engaged in the ownership and management of Tankers meant for transportation of Crude Oil, Refined Petroleum products and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).
KOTC invites the applicants interested in providing the services to participate in this Pre-Qualification Exercise category for:
KS 13.60 Shipbuilding
Interested applicants who wish to be considered for inclusion in KOTC's approved list of Pre-qualified companies for the above subject category are advised to download the Pre-Qualification documents from KPC & Subsidiaries' K-tendering portal as per below sequence:
- Open https://ktendering.com.kw
- Login using applicant's K-tendering username and password
- Open “request for PQ" and find the above mentioned exercise
Applicants are advised to submit the applications along with all required documents on or before 12th April 2026

General Notes:
- All submittals and their supporting documents must be in pdf format only
- All the documents shall be properly segregated /numbered as per section and clauses.
- In order to complete the PQ evaluation of applicants from outside Kuwait, a site visit (virtual/physical) is to be conducted mandatorily to evaluate applicant's capabilities. The site visit involves fees per the below details and the same shall be paid to KOTC by the applicant in order to proceed with the site visit.
- Physical site visit – US$10,000.00
- Virtual site visit – US$300.00
The type of site visit to be conducted will be the sole discretion of the Company.
